What we collect
When you shop or sign up, we collect:
- Account details — name, email, hashed password
- Order details — shipping address, items, totals
- Payment confirmation — handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers
- Browser data — anonymized analytics for site improvements
Why we collect it
To process orders, send shipping updates, prevent fraud, and improve the store. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. You can request deletion of your account and we'll anonymize everything else within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile, or email bags.art.pk@gmail.com.
